This policy explains how Bracket Studio collects and uses the personal data of people who visit this site or submit the contact form, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
Bracket Studio, reachable at info@bracketstudio.it, is the controller for the data collected through this site.
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, project type (optional) and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your request and evaluate a possible collaboration, and is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting engagement.
Processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form, and on pre-contractual steps requested by you ahead of a possible collaboration.
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox via Brevo (Sendinblue SA), acting as data processor for email delivery. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics. The only information stored in your browser is your chosen language and theme (light/dark), to remember your preferences — see our cookie policy for details.
For our business research work on local businesses (identifying potential clients for our services) we use Meta's official APIs to read public data from Instagram/Facebook business profiles — name, follower count, post count, biography and bio link of public professional accounts. We do not collect private data, do not require authorization from individual profiles (the data read is already public), and do not process data about identifiable individuals outside the commercial context of the business. This data is kept in our internal business-research archive for as long as the business remains a potential contact, and deleted on request — see our data deletion page.
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data at any time by writing to info@bracketstudio.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
